Food Pyramid
In the food pyramid for brain health I have created for my Food for Thought programme, I include 3 different groups of vegetables: 
🥦 sulphurous
🥬 green leafy
🌈 coloured
The diversity challenge is to include a set number from each group over the period of a week.

Are you up for the challenge?  
Keep a note of the different vegetables and fruits you eat for the next 7 days. If you reach 30, great, push yourself the following week to reach 40 and, by including other plant based foods, can you reach 50?
