Having worked with and helped hundreds of clients successfully change their diets to one that makes them feel better, I have a good idea of what works and what doesn’t.

Trying to change too much at once is normally unsustainable and it can set people up for failure. A more successful approach is one step at a time. Focus on one meal, focus on small changes that leads to motivation to do more. Success!

Pimp Your Meal uses exactly this approach. Take your favourite meal and pimp it. There are probably more than one pimp steps, but take them slowly or fast, no pressure. This also means you start with what you like, what you can do and make small tweaks to it, resulting in you feeling a little bit better. Simple!
